  • ½ cups Cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup Veggie stock
  • ½ cup (chopped) Cilantro

  • a pinch Salt and black pepper

Directions:

  2. Add oil, and shallot, then sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Seal the pot’s lid and cook for 13 minutes on manual mode at Hight.
  5. Allow the pressure to release in 10 minutes naturally then remove the lid.
  6. Serve fresh and enjoy.
